Ready For A Mexican Burger?
Okay I am not so sure about the name for this burger but hey I didn’t name it. It should have been called a chili burger and then people would know what to expect.
Rudy’s Diner
The burger this week was from Rudy’s Diner off of Madison street in Clarksville, TN. The place looked like it was an old Waffle House or something on the inside and out. It was fairly rough looking but all in all it was clean. They had a rather large selection of food that was priced very well and if those were the only things to consider then I would make that place a normal stop every now and then. The bad thing is that that is where most of the compliments about the restaurant itself stop. The staff liked to argue in front of the customers, I am not sure if they knew how to wash their hands especially after coughing in them and then proceeding to handle someones food, and the service was slow. Now I could continue this but I guess I should get on with the burger review huh?

The burger was fair. It was a 6oz ground round grilled patty covered with chili and cheese. The buns were sesame seed and toasted on the grill. There was nothing wrong with the burger, heck I could almost find myself eating another if the restaurant was a little better. The fries though were some of the worst I have ever ate though. I maybe ate five or six of them until I couldn’t stand them anymore. As you can see from the picture the burger was very messy. I ended up eating it with a fork.
The thing is, I wish I had more to say about this one but it wasn’t a very pleasant experience. I hope I can find a better place next week but until then eat well.

Looks good, sad to hear that fries were no good, better luck next time.
James that looks gross.
I agree, but it wasn’t nearly as bad as it looked. The big problem with this place was the service, not the food (well the fries were bad)
