Monthly Stats
Okay, today starts a new era over at TWR. Now obviously I have not monetized the site properly but thats okay, I am going to work on getting the site straight and then maybe it will start making a little money. So without further stalling here are the stats for the month of October;
Revenue
PayPerPost $13.00
AdSense $0
Text Link Ads $0
So all of that for a grand total of $13.00. Now I was away all of October almost so I could have made more from PayPerPost just by writing a few more paid articles but the underlining problem is not my choices of monetization but two big things;
1. Content
2. Traffic
With quality content hopefully the traffic will come, but for the next two months I am going to reinvest all of my PPP income (not just the $13.00 but anything I make until the end of December). I will be putting it into advertising and maybe some design help. I guess I am going to have to find someone that does a good job cheap though.
Now lets take a look at just how bad my traffic is;

60 Unique Visitors
8 Returning Visitors
2 RSS subscribers
Not so good so I guess now it is time to set some goals and then target how to meet those goals.
Goals for November
1000 Page Loads
300 Unique Visitors
100 Returning Visitors
20 RSS subscribers
$150 Income from PPP
$10 from Google
$10 from TLA
Now some of these goals may seem Lofty if you are looking at last months stats but I have reached over 500 page loads in other months and the PPP income is achievable, it just means I have to write at least one paid article per day and one non paid article. That has a two fold benefit;
1. It gives me content
2. I get more articles indexed by the big search engines
I think the hardest goal to reach will be the $10 bucks from Google and TLA. I will have to really target those and maybe fix the link bar up top.
