“Mist”ified!
Yeah, I know, mystified isn’t spelled that way but you can’t blame a guy for trying to make a good title for his post can you?
Have you seen The Mist by Stephen King advertised on TV yet? If you haven’t watched the trailer for the movie yet, click The Mist to watch it. Produced by three time Oscar nominee, Frank Darabont (ever heard of a movie called Shawshank Redemption?) and with actors like Homicide’s Andre Braugher this movie should be a great thriller!
I have always enjoyed a good Stephen King movie. Even the real long ones have always been good so I am sure this one will be worth watching. Only two more days and it should be in the theaters. I think my favorite has always been The Shining but then again I haven’t watched a Stephen King movie that I didn’t like.
How many of you thought of a John Carpenter movie when you first seen the previews for The Mist? I sure did but I am sure that there will be no similarities other than that misty, foggy atmosphere. I am still trying to figure out some of the plot. Now in some of the clips I have seen big bugs flying around in the mist. There is also a lot of talk about spiritual things. I guess I am going to have to wait like the rest.
