I have been reading and watching a lot about Dragon Naturally Speaking lately and it has really piqued my interest. So I set out trying to find out more about it and ran across this video where Brett is using a small digital recording device as an input and Dragon Naturally Speaking appears to be transcribing the file on the fly. Just thinking about the time this would save me is grounds enough to buy it right now. While watching the video I was thinking about using the short trip to work everyday and how it could become a productive time for writing speaking blog content. I would be able to do at least two posts a day just on my way to and from work. The video makes it look just that easy! I can just imagine the increase in productivity on my websites by using this software. The thing is you can also use it to speak the words directly into the editor for your website. It is compatible with MS Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Firefox. For those of you that use email campaigns I imagine it would be a big help and a huge time saver.
