Fitness Life Club
One of the big concerns today is overall fitness. We seem to be a people that are getting unhealthier and gaining more weight than our parents did and theirs before them. Our jobs are going away from heavy manual labor to office jobs where we plant ourselves behind a computer screen for hours on end. Then once we do move we grab some 1500 calorie meal as a snack and don’t realize that there is no way that we are going to burn that off. Well Fitness Life Club is challenging all of us to start making better choices and live healthier. It is all about the attitude and having a determined but positive attitude towards fitness can be the first step.
I have been reading a few of the articles and it seems to be a great recourse not just for fitness but for living a healthy life. One example is this article on inner fitness principles. The site also offers a variety of personalized services. They range from Health Coaching, Health Club Consulting, Corporate Wellness Programs, Leadership Training, to Health Empowerment Workshops. You can get one free health coaching session if you are interested. Just follow the link; Free Health Coaching. While I cannot vouch for the services offered I guess you could start out with the free session and use that to gauge the quality of his offerings and go from their. He doesn’t list any prices but there is a handy contact form if you are interested.
A few of the other offerings on the site include what seems to be a very active forum that is simply laid out and easy to navigate. I am thinking about joining and talking it up in the runners lounge myself (I have a love/hate relationship with running). The forum is broke down into five main area; General, Nutrition, Mind - Body - Spirit, Exercises, and The Lounges with two other areas being a site info area and a VIP forum. You could probably spend days just browsing and pulling in information from the forums alone. Now if the forums still don’t provide enough info you could submit a question to Pat King (the websites author) personally through his link (Ask Pat King).
Site Design
The site uses a nice design and color pallet that makes site easy to read. The layout also provides easy navigation and plenty of topics on the left sidebar to make finding the subject that you are looking for easy to find. As far as advertising goes, the site doesn’t overload you with advertising and widgets. There are a few Google ads here and there and then you have four ads and a Google tower ad in the sidebar. The site took me around 11 seconds to load with my 5 Mbps connection so there aren’t any problems going on there. The only thing that loads kind of slow are the Kontera ads but it doesn’t make that much of a difference. You also get five articles on the front page and while that may make a difference on load times it could also save you some time browsing by loading more articles at a time.
I think I will be visiting this site more often. You can never be to healthy and we all could use a few tips. While I am not in great shape I have plenty of improvements that I could make. So head on over and tell me what you think.

I don’t agree that total fitness means having some muscle blinking. It must be the fitness of a body. I think like that. Most of the site indicates having some extra muscle means fit body. funny to me.

I like your “Web Review” service. Your reviews are really perfect. You give detailed information for the sites.
There are a lot many websites on the internet which provide you with their own plans and ideas that how to remain healthy. This is the best way one can remain healthy because their advices are free of cost and one can implement to be healthy.
I agree that there is no need for muscles to be popping in order to obtain fitness. If all you can do is walk, then do it. Every little bit helps. I think that some people get intimidated by thinking they’ll have to spend time at the gym, etc. A 30 minute walk 3 or 4 times a week is great for overall health!
